Requests for medication renewals can be emailed to prescriptions@mountjoyfamilypractice.com
Include your Name, Date of Birth, Telephone number and what items you need on your prescription as well as the name and address of the Pharmacy you use. We will email the prescription to them. Please allow 48 hours.
If you are unable to email please ring the surgery and leave a message on the prescription order line.

Ordering a long term repeat medical certificate can be done in various ways;
The following information is required to successfully have your medical certificate ready for collection in 48 hours. Your Name, Date of Birth, PPS number and Telephone number.

Email: medicalcerts@mountjoyfamilypractice.com and include your Name, Date of Birth, PPS number and Telephone number.

NOTE: YOUR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE WILL BE READY FOR COLLECTION 48HRS LATER.
